Family with children, Great experience!

The staff was super accommodating, we checked in earlier than 3pm, a life-saver after a long day. It was like they could sense our exhaustion, and they had this friendly vibe.

The price wasn't exactly a bargain but still reasonable for what we got.

We stayed at the a nice size room with cookware and the bathroom, as example. Everything was good...

the total stay was quite comfortable for 2 nights. the location was favourable, close to everything, it's a plus. local fast food option lenny's sub shop was 5 minutes walk away. the restaurant was relatively near the hotel. everything was simply great.

This was just a proper fit for strolling around in Memphis with fantastic value. The room was spacious for a budget stay, easy to unwind after sightseeing. Bring snacks if you can, since food options nearby get pretty crowded.

The hotel is indeed a gem of disappointment. Who knew kids jumping on walls could ruin sleep? And during check-in, there was no one there-just a puzzling phone on the wall! Honestly, I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience. I almost thought about giving this place a good review but just couldn't.

The Double Room with Two Double Beds, Smoking was really nice and had everything. Air conditioning kept it cool, and the tv was great. The adapted bath made it easy to get around. I loved the tea/coffee maker for my morning fix. It was safe and close to my job, which helped a ton.

My stay featured a clean, comfortable room and very personable staff. Check-in was quick and easy, contributing to a stress-free experience after a long travel day.

The experience was marred by noise from other guests and a lingering smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke, despite being in a non-smoking room. The beds lacked box springs, leading to discomfort during sleep. The hotel charged for extra linens and toilet paper. On arrival, I encountered confusion regarding check-in procedures, including no available staff at the counter and relying on a phone to contact someone.

The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, keeping it nice and cool even in the warm Memphis weather.

There was no breakfast offered , disappointing given the expectation set by the hotel's website.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room, Non-Smoking for 1 night. The room was comfy-definitely enjoyed the space and the air conditioning worked great. But it was a bummer there was no breakfast even though the website said there would be. The hotel felt a bit off because of that, but the room itself wasn't too bad.
